In its ongoing mission to take the hassle out of hiring, The Resumator now has a Facebook app that allows companies to accept applications directly through the social networking site.

It’s part of the company’s plan for more integration with social media, said CEO Don Charlton. The system also works with LinkedIn and that network’s “Apply With LinkIn” program. For those that don’t remember, The Resumator is a software-as-a-service company that created a resume and hiring management tool.
