Jonathan Kaplan thinks Carnegie Mellon University could become a destination school for would-be entrepreneurs, and he’s willing to put money on that.
Kaplan and his wife, Marci Glazer, on Tuesday announced the first recipients of grants from their Open Field Entrepreneurship Fund, and seven of the 10 are located in the Pittsburgh area.
