Deborah Walker assists in contract preparation and due diligence activities for Innovation Works. Deborah has been an attorney since 1994, and her areas of strength and experience include a wide range of corporate and business matters and transactions. Deborah’s experience with startup technology companies includes her tenure as corporate counsel at CoManage Corporation (acquired by Syndesis Ltd.), an early-stage, software development company.
