Bill is the founding partner and CEO of NewCare Solutions. Bill was also the founder of medSage Technologies. He has more than 26 years experience in product management, business development, project management, engineering, and marketing in the business to business technology and medical device manufacturing industries. Before founding medSage, Mr. Kaigler served as Vice President of Product Management for Moai Technologies and was also Director of New Ventures for Respironics.
