CMU grads lend humor to video games

A California program for startup companies is looking something like a Carnegie Mellon University outpost this summer.

Five of the 15 companies in the current 10-week Plug and Play Startup Camp in Sunnyvale, Calif., have strong ties to CMU, including Kermdinger Studios, a foursome of recent graduate school grads who are trying to put humor back into video games.
