AlphaLab’s MakerCraft launches jewelry design app

It was another morning fueled by caffeine and filled with good conversation over at AlphaLab, and today’s Open Coffee Club gave me a chance to catch up with MakerCraft, one of the current crop of startups at the accelerator.

When we last spoke to company co-founder Corissa McClay, the team was still doing focus groups and working on the app, which allows users to easily make custom jewelry and then easily purchase it. Those who are craft-inclined can buy a kit and assemble their design on their own, or, if you’re like me, you can buy pieces and have the company assemble them.
