The Young Entrepreneurs: Suitable
Three years ago, Mark Visco Jr. pitched an idea to the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration. His concept, then called MeshNet, was for a competency-based online platform colleges could use to help students build skills outside the classroom to aid in their job search after graduation.
The college liked the idea and decided to test a pilot with the freshman class. Now called Suitable, it is being used by half of Pitt Business’ student body.
